Tkachenko A. Legal International Co-operation in Consumer Co-operative Regulation (Public and Legal Aspect).

The dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of the public and legal aspect of the international co-operation in consumer co-operation. The background of formation and development of international consumer co-operative movement in the International Law is investigated. The author proposes his periodization of the main stages in the international consumer movement evolution. It is characterized the investment of the International Co-operative Alliance as the main form of international collaboration in the development of international standards of consumer co-operation. The theoretical materials concerning international personality of non-governmental organizations like the International Co-operative Alliance are examined as well. Legal nature of the International Co-operative Alliance and its participation in the international relations are explored. The author determines the position of Ukraine in the international co-operative consumer cooperation and participation of the national consumer organizations in the international co-operative movement. It also specified the modern status of the national implementation of principles and values of the International Co-operative Alliance and proposed amendments to the Ukrainian legislation.
