Object: professionally practical preparation of future educators of preschool educational establishments; purpose: development, scientific ground and experimental verification of model of forming of professional competence of future educators of preschool educational establishments in the process of pedagogical practice; methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalizations, methods of design, prognostication, supervision, questionnaire of conversation, testing; exposure and analysis of results of all types of practice of students; rating; self-appraisal, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: the integral scientific analysis of theoretical principles of forming of professional competence of future specialists is first carried out in the process of pedagogical practice; certainly criteria (motivational, kognitive, emotionally estimating, diyal'nisniy), indexes and levels of formed of this difficult personality education; it is developed and in theory grounded model of forming of professional competence of future educators of preschool educational establishments in the process of pedagogical practice, which represents basic principles, terms and facilities of forming of professional competence of future specialists, in the process of pedagogical practice; the educatinal-metodical complex of forming of professional competence of future educators of children of preschool age in the process of pedagogical practice, basis of which were integration of theoretical, is created, professionally practical and research work.
