The pathogenesis of the uterine leiomyoma is based on the inflammatory element as well as on the hormonal and immune factors. The presence of the inflammatory process in case of leiomyoma verified by increase of neopterin level almost 2,6 time (р<0,001) and by increase of the leukotrienes С4/D4/Е4 3,65 time (р<0,001) as for women with an uterine leiomyoma. It’s diagnosticated that increase of neopterin concentration is a sign of neoplastic process progression and the level 20 nmol/l and more is a diagnostic criterion of the lesion nutrition abnormality. The highest level of the leukotrienes С4/D4/Е4 and the neopterin is present in case of combination a leiomyoma with a hyperplastic process and the inflammatory change of endometrium. The disbalance between level of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines in case of leiomyoma confirms its pathogenetic part in development of this pathology and points to pacemaker part of inflammatory factor in growth of the lesion and the uterus. The synergism in increase of level ІL-1а, ФНПа and decrease of level IL-4, IL-10 gives evidence of this fact. Use of complex of the placental regulatory peptides stimulates synthesis of the endogenic immunomodulators, this fact is denoted by increase of IL-10 9,11 time (р<0,001); blocks cascade of the icosanoids and a marker of cellular immunity activation, this fact is denoted by decrease of the leukotrienes С4/D4/Е4 3, 57 time (р<0,001) and decrease of the neopterin 2,82 time (р<0,01).
