We solved theoretical and methodological principles of forming a new paradigm of development of world economy, consider becoming a new paradigm of world economy development, specifically mentioned background information transformation of the world economy, defined methodology and methods of assessment information impacting the global economic changes. The thesis provides an analysis of information and communication determinants of transformation of the world economy.Investigated trends in ICT development in a globalized environment, disclosed information and communication mechanisms to achieve global economic leadership, information analysis tools in quality of countries with emerging markets. We consider the development of information society in Ukraine in conditions of global economic change. Defined information and communication factors of economic development of Ukraine in terms of transformation of the world economy, the model of information and communication for sustainable development in the world economy, suggested ways of improving the regulatory framework of the Information Society of Ukraine.
