The thesis is devoted development of a method of operative synthesis of an op-timum control law on energy costs small UAV the airborne type which is used in the capacity of a high-altitude relay aeroplatform, in the conditions of presence of indefi-nite parametric and stochastic perturbations of large intensity. In dissertational opera-tion it is developed and program implemented procedure of build-up of a multi-dimensional optimum adaptive management system by flight with usage of a method of structurally-parametrical synthesis on the basis of the optimum spectator of a status and also usage of procedure of optimization and identification of parameters of plant of control, considering many criterion problems. It is developed procedure of synthe-sis combined by adaptive multi-dimensional under the accessible information of a part of a phase vector on the basis of Lyapunov's direct method and a method of a graded-index descent.
