Essay

Object: The traditional customs and ceremonies of the Trinity in Ukrainians. Objective: comprehensive, scientifically-based historical and ethnographic description of the Trinity Ukrainian and reconstruction of their basic elements. Methods: field study, historical reconstruction, typological, comprehensive, comparative historical, structural and functional analysis. Results: In the Ukrainian Ethnological Sciences carried out a holistic historical and ethnographic study of traditional customs and rituals of the Trinity, in scientific publications and dissertations introduced new factual data – the field ethnographic research materials. Sphere of application: for further in-depth study troy customs and ceremonies of the Ukrainians and the preparation of the generalizing monograph, for writing synthetic works, manuals on of Ethnology of Ukraine for higher education, for training courses on a calendar year cycle rituals.
