Research work is dedicated to advancing the educational process of the intellectual and creative abilities development of talented youth in the USA universities. The main problems of working with talented students were depicted and analyzed, such as: the problem of the intellectual and creative abilities formation, identification and development. The main directions and trends in working with gifted students in the USA universities were distinguished. Forms, content and methods of educational work with talented young people in the USA universities were disclosed and the training programs effectiveness of the talented youth intellectual and creative abilities development, which are particularly important in the context of globalization and international integration were analyzed.
