Balashovа O. The development of the international capital market in the global economic crisis

The object of the study are the development processes of the international capital market amid the global economic crisis. The study aims to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of the evolution of the international capital market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the leveling of the negative effects of the global economic crisis in the global financial system. Methods: dialectic method of learning, a method of historical analysis, the method of logical analysis, the method of economic and statistical analysis, the method of economic and mathematical modeling, analysis and synthesis method prognosis. Theoretical results: consists in the deepening of the existing theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of international capital markets and develop scientific and practical recommendations to overcome the impact of global crisis in the global financial environment. Practical results: consists in the fact that these scientific findings brought to the level of specific scientific, methodological and practical recommendations for improving the regulatory framework in the context of stabilization of global financial developments. Scientific novelty: for the first time: a conceptual approach was developed to identify common principles and selection of specific features of the international capital market amid the global economic crisis; improved: organizational and economic bases of the leveling influence of the negative effects of global crisis in the global economic environment, scientific and methodological tools of modern researchcapital market, have been developed: scientific and practical advice on implementing the strategic directions of the national capital market, conceptual and categorical apparatus of the modern study of international capital market. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in practice: the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, the Center for Economic Education and Consulting "Zovnishkonsalt", JSC "Machine-Building Plant Novokramatorsky" (Kramatorsk) PJSC " Ukrsotsbank ", as well as in the learning process Donbass State Engineering Academy.
