Marchenko N. Technological solutions for increasing the effectiveness in the process of manufacture of radial lumber

Dissertation work is dedicated to solution of important scientific and technical problem - economy of resources of wood raw material in the production of radial lumber by introducing the technological solutions for increasing the effectiveness in the process of their manufacture. In the work is developed the mathematical model of the cut of the logs of different diameters taking into account their actual dimensional - qualitative characteristic, which is based on the cleaving - sectorial and sectorial diagrams of the cut of lumber to the radial lumber. The methodological principles of conducting experimental studies in the production conditions in the direction of an increase in the effectiveness in the use of raw material in the process of manufacture of lumber are developed; are developed recommendations to the producers of radial lumber, which include program product for ECM and procedure of the use it for achievement of maximum output of radial lumber with the condition for the minimization of the expenditure of raw material; the method of obtaining the radial lumber on the base of band saws is proposed.
