Huang M. Scientific cooperation between Ukraine and China in the process of globalization

The thesis is devoted to economic and theoretical dimensions of scientific and technical cooperation and practical aspects of international knowledge and technology transfer between Ukraine and the People's Republic of China. The paper considers the problem of mutual integration of the three areas of "knowledge triangle" - education, research and innovation - in the context of building an innovative economy and the impact on the balance of these areas of international scientific and technical exchange. Based on multivariate analysis of considered impact the peculiarities in the scientific and innovative potential of Ukraine and China are revealed and the experience of international scientific and technical cooperation between the two countries is investigated. The general strategy of scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries is built. For the realization of such general strategy the models of effective strategies of mutual and complementary development, based on partnership principles, are proposed.
