Brel O. Legal regulation of information relations of subjects of management in Ukraine

Complex research of legal regulation of information relations of subjects of management is conducted in the dissertation; the circle of participants of these relations is defined; the information rights and duties of subjects of management are characterized; the system of legal regulation of relations of electronic document circulation and the electronic digital signature is defined; kinds of legal liability of subjects of management for infringement of the information rights and non-fulfillment of duties are considered; the order of application of methods of the state compulsion in the sphere of information relations is investigated; ethical responsibility of subjects of management in the sphere of information relations is characterized.
