Galatyr I. Future social pedagogues training to work with social orphans

The pedagogical conditions of an effective training future social pedagogues have been theoretically substantiated. They include the definition of the purpose and content of professional and educational students' training based on maximum considering individual orphan peculiarities, involving students into collective discussion of social orphanage based on the materials of real life situations, implementation of professionally oriented exercises in the process of students' training, development of reflective attitude to work with social orphans, improvement of educational curricula and programs and the methods of their implementation have been presented. The essence, contents and the structure of mentioned readiness, the criteria (moral and evaluative, emotional and volitional, cognitive, operational and active) and the levels of its formation have been defined.
