Obryvkina O. Extension of pedagogical skills of economics teachers in the system of methodical work of the university.

The dissertation is dedicated to a problem of extension of pedagogical skills of economics teachers in the system of methodical work of university. There was developed and tested experimentally a theoretical-applied model of extension of pedagogical skills of economics teachers (in the system of methodical work of university) which provides the efficient management of raising pedagogical skills of economics teacher to a new qualitative level. Organization -pedagogical conditions of introduction of the developed model were defined. According to the tasks of research there was clarified a content and structure of pedagogical skills of economics teacher of the university, shown its dynamics and evolutional development, defined a concept of "pedagogical skills of economics teacher". There was prepared a programme of scientific-practical seminar and training-methodological aids.
