The dissertation for the scientific degree of the Candidate of medical sciences in speciality 14.03.11 - Medical and biological informatics and cybernetics. - National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupyk, Kiev, 2012. In this work there is presented theoretical generalization and new solution of important problem of developing system analysis decision making methods for evidence of application of innovative methodologies in medical education allowing influence of methodologies on both subject and object of academic, scientific and treatment processes, determinig optimal structure of university hospital. There was developed informational model of control system for management of medical education quality as closed-loop system. In this model there was determined role of innovative methodologies as control peturbations with goal of multicriteria optimization. There was developed and implemented an algorithm of determination of priority of innovative methodologies in medical education based on hierarchy analysis method. There was fulfilled statistical research of applied system analysis algorithm for problem of priority of innovative methodologies in medical education. There was analyzed experience of application of innovative methodologies for examination in medical education based on integration of methods of correlation analysis and neural network clusterization. There was offered methodology of neural network prediction of results of license exam. From viewpoint of system analysis there was proved optimal model of university hospital providing deep professional training for medical student and qualitative healthcare.
