The thesis is devoted to the problem of Foreign Language teachers' professional adaptation in flight education establishments. The theses presents the current state of the problem under investigation in the theory and practice of professional adaptation in flight educational establishments, it defines the notion "adaptation to the professional activity", the criteria and levels of the teachers' adaptation to the professional activity in flight education establishments; there has been worked out and verified experimentally the effectiveness of the pedagogical model of Foreign Language teachers' professional adaptation system in flight education establishments.
