Vasuk K. Peculiarities of the Egocentrically Manifestation of the Person in life crisis phases

This dissertation is researched to the peculiarities of the protective functions of egocentrism of a person in life crisis phases. We've analyzed the interrelations the fundamental forms and the protective functions, a constructiveness or destructiveness, and made more exact its status as psychological phenomenon. We've analyzed the age-related dynamics of the pronounce egocentrically forms, correlations egocentrism and the social psychological adaptation-desadaptation. It is revealed that the egocentrism have a meaningful correlations with coefficients in the scales "acceptance self", "non-acceptance self", "acceptance other", "non-acceptance other", "desadaptation", "emotional comfort", "emotional discomfort", "escapism". In progress of the work, It has been placed beyond a doubt that the egocentrism perform the protective function of the ego-system of a person in age-specific crisis phases, or situational. If person be upset about problem, subjective attitude to a crisis situation be decisive importance because the egocentrism rises even after handle the problem situation.
