Glazunov G. Professor A.M.Slipanskiy (1896-1942) - scientist, pedagogue, organizer of Ukrainian agricultural science

Dissertation is dedicated to the complex research of professor A.M. Slipanskiy (1896-1942) practice - famous agrarian and economist scientist, first vice-president (1931-1933) of the Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences (1931-1935). Dissertation consists of introduction, four chapters, 13 units, conclusions, recommendations, list of sources used (331 positions). Total volume of dissertation research is 217 pages, main text is 193 pages. The dissertation shows main stages of life, researches, scientific and organizational activity of famous scientist of the domestic agricultural science. The periodization of scientist's career was done, the formation process of his personal and scientific beliefs. The role of personality in development of Agricultural Science of Ukraine is shown on example of organizational activities of Prof. Slipanskiy. Importance of his scientific work as organizer of agricultural science was explored. The complete picture of scientist's scientific interests was played by exploration of over 40 his publications.
