The thesis focuses on processes of financial crises emergence and display, character and features of the global financial crisis and state anti-crisis measures system. Processes of financial crises emergence and display in the world economic system are investigated. Conditions, character and features of the global financial crisis and state anti-crisis measures system are disclosed. The thesis researches theories of financial crises genesis; discloses the notion and structural classification of financial crises in the world economy; reveals the modern financial crisis in the context of the objective limits of market self-regulation; finds out the specificity of course and influence of financial crisis in the countries of Central-Eastern Europe; discloses mechanisms of adaptation of national financial systems to challenges of the global financial crisis on the example of Czech Republic and Poland; reveals the scale and peculiarities of the influence of the financial crisis 2008-2010 on Ukrainian economy; defines the prospects of the institutional transformations of the Ukrainian financial system for the sake of the neutralization of the global instability challenges.
