Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of immune inflammatory and endothelial dysfunction factors and the definition of their role in the diagnosis and prevention of labor anomalies. Identifies the key indicators of the immunological and hormonal status of patients with this pathology. Proposed new decision of an actual scientific problem to prevent the development of labor abnormalities, with the explanation of the ЕТ-1 and cGMP, cytokine profile values, endothelial dysfunction factors in pregnant women at risk for the development of this pathology, with a view to reducing the incidence of adverse effects in childbirth in this disease for the mother and fetus. The author has shown that risk factors for primary, secondary and discoordinated labor activity are changing the content of ET-1, cGMP, cytokines, which can be used as prognostic criteria of LAA. The severity of the violation of the vascular level in LAA depend on endothelial dysfunction and endothelial vasoregulator mechanisms, which are characterized by endothelium-dependent vasodilatation and by changes in the test with reactive hyperemia of brachial artery. It is proved that the LAA is inhibition of T-cell immunity as compared to healthy women, we have increased the total activity of clotting factors, is a violation of the synthesis of hormones responsible for the contractile activity and energy potential of the myometrium. The author has proved the need for pregnant women at risk for the development of LAA from 36 weeks to conduct medication preparation, given the cytokines level and endothelium-dependent vasodilation.
