Theoretical generalization and new approach to important and actual task solution are represented in the thesis. The task consists in explanation, development and experimental test of pedagogical conditions of mass media techniques usage in professional training of future state fire safety officers. Pedagogical conditions of mass-media techniques usage in professional training of future state fire safety officers are theoretically proved and experimentally examined: improvement of theoretical and practical training of future state fire safety officers by introduction of "Media-culture and mass explanatory work" discipline; following the visualization principles and interdisciplinary relations; activation of educational process of cadets based on use of innovative technologies, forms and methods of education. The notions of "media competence of future state fire safety officers"; "mass explanatory work"; "mass-media techniques" are specified.
