Object - professionally oriented foreign oral interaction teaching of students in non-linguistic specialities with the computer programs helping. Purpose - to substantiate theoretically, to wok out and to verify experimentally the methodology of professionally oriented oral interaction teaching to future specialists in the hotel and catering industry (German after English). Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical. Novelty - the methodology theoretically has been substantiated, the "pluralingual professionally oriented communicative competence" concept and structure in oral interaction (German after English) as a phenomenon has been determined and specified. The contents has been substantiated, the didactic materials selection criteria for training future specialists in the hotel and catering industry German as second foreign language after Englisch have been determined; the teaching process model has been worked out. The theory and methodology of professionally oriented oral interaction teaching to students in non-linguistic specialities have further development. The results - the methodology and the subsystem of exercises with the helping computer training program "Deutsch nach Englisch" for forming the "pluralingual professionally orientedcommunicative competence" in oral interaction (German as second foreign language) to future specialists in the hotel and catering industry have been worked out. The effectiveness of implementation is high. The Sphere - pedagogical, higher educational institutions.
