Essay

The dissertation provides a generalized historic (from the prospective of pedagogics) and theoretical characterization of the process of the formation and development of the problem of professional ethics, and sets forth the analysis and the definition of the basic terms. The author identifies psychological, pedagogical, professional and other special conditions necessary for the effective development of professional ethics in the process of professional education of adults. It is proven that a high level of professional ethics of the employees is a necessary precondition for enhanced productivity and the success of mobile operators in general. The author presents and substantiates his functional system for the development of professional ethics of the employees of customer service centers of mobile operators, which was implemented and experimentally tested in the course of the work of the "Corporate school of professional ethics". The author analyzes the results of the experiment and identifies areas for future scientific research.
