Rochshyna L. The peculiarities of homeostasis changes for patients with abdominal wall defects and obesity after abdominoplasty

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical generalization and new decision of scientific assignment, that consist studying of homeostasis changes for patients with obesity after abdominoplasty during early postoperative period, the definition of optimal mass of skin-fat flap and invention of new operation for treatment of abdominal wall defects. Clinical trials on 132 patients with abdominal wall defects and abdominal type of obesity before operation showed real increase of average cholesterol level, dislipidemia. After the singlemoment extraction of skin-fat flap for abdominoplasty, including simultaneous one, the reliable lowering of cholesterol level for norm, decrease of patients number with hypercholesterolemia from 58.9 to 16.4%, dislipidemia from 75.3 to 15.1% were observed. The algorithm of simultaneous abdominoplasty method of choice in patients with obesity depend of anterior abdominal wall deformation type and surgical pathology of abdominal organs presenting was determined. It is established, that simultaneous abdominoplasty realization in patients with excessive body mass and obesity provide for best physical and psychological indexes of health comparison before the operation and in patients withont of abdominoplasty.
