Dissertation is devoted to the problem of professional preparation of the students in the area "Management of organizations" to use information technologies (IT) in their future professional work. The scientific analysis of information technologies is carried out. Appropriateness of IT use in managerial activity is substantiated. The essence and content of the concept "readiness of the future manager to use information technologies" is defined; its phenomenon components, such as motivation and value, individual and physiological, cognitive, professional and active, communicative and reflective, are singled out.
