Object - training of athletes in specific climatic and geographical conditions; aim - develop an algorithm and the integrated use of training funds for the differentiation of pozatrenuvalnih prepare runners for middle and long distance in the climatic and geographical conditions of the Carpathian Mountains; methods: analysis of the scientific and professional literature, the pedagogical methods of observation and experiment, physiological research methods, statistical methods; novelty - A new approach to planning and organizing the process of training runners for middle and long distances, taking into account the peculiarities of the process of adaptation and acclimation to the natural conditions of hypoxia, allowing for the initial functional state and the state of physical fitness, first founded, developed and tested a comprehensive program of differentiated training for runners middle and long distance in the climatic and geographical conditions of the Carpathian Mountains with vnetrenirovochnyh funds; complemented by theoretical understanding of the influence of environmental conditions on the functional state of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and power supply systems of the body, providing the muscle activity, and supporting the regulation of acid-base status of the organism; results - developed an algorithm for the integrated use of training and preparation of vnetrenirovochnyh runners on middle and long distance in the climatic and geographical conditions of the Carpathian Mountains, built differentsirovannuya training program for runners, middle and long distance in the Carpathian mountains and the plain with vnetrenirovochnyh funds, the results of this research have been implemented in the practice athletics Federation of Ternopil region, athletic Federation of Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ivano-Frankivsk specialized junior Sports school of Olympic Reserve in boxing and athletics, Ivano-Frankivsk school high sports, athletics department of the Lviv state University of Physical Culture; field - physical education and sport.
