Essay

Object of test: pharmacological, disintoxicative, sorbent peculiarities of Alfasorb in case of T-2 toxicosis in laboratory animals and egg-laying hens. Test methods: pharmacological, toxicological, biochemical, heamatological, clinical, mycological, pathologic morphological, statistical. Scientific novelty: obtained results significantly widen and deepen modern conception of peculiarities of T-2 toxicosis, it's correction and sorbtion into organism of laboratory rats and agricultural poultry in case of Alfasorb application. Pharmaco-toxicological tests defined neutralized influence of sorbent in different doses on functional condition of rat and poultry organisms in case of acute and chronic T-2 toxicosis. Preventive dose in case of experimental T-2 was defined. On the basis of conducted tests, application of Alfasorb in case of T-2 toxicosis was scientifically grounded and introduced into practice of veterinary medicine of Ukraine. Understanding of neutralization mechanism of toxic influence of T-2 toxicosis in organisms of laboratory animals and poultry is significantly widened. Level of implementation: Alfasorb was introduced on the basis of Technical Conditions of Ukraine TCU Prymix - Alfasorb TCU 15.7-31034548-002:2009 that were adopted by State Committee of Veterinary Medicine of Ukraine of 31.12.2009. Conducted tests resulted in registration dosier and registration certificate AP-01399-04-10 together with Annex 1 (short product characteristic). Suggestions on production are laid down in methodic recommendations: "Application and evaluation of feed additive sorbents in case of mycotoxicosis" approved by State Scientific Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives. Positive decision was made concerning invention "Method of reducing the negative impact of mycotoxins in poultry feed in the industrial" U 2011 09295. Field of application: veterinary medicine.
