Object study are the processes of ensure the energy security of countries in the Black Sea Ecoґnomic Cooperation the conditions of processes international tconomic integration activisation. The purpose of OV isdeepening theoretical foundations methodological study energy security of countries and development scientific and practical recommendations to enhance the energy security of countries in the conditions Black Sea Cooperation processes activisation. Methods of study: dialectical method of research, historical and logical system-structure economic performance analysis processes and phenomena, analysis and synthesis methods and qualitatively compared, methods of mathematical modeling of economic-and forecasting, and statistical graphic methods. Theoretical results: deepening theoretical foundations methodological generating energy security and development scientific and practical generating ensure the energy security of the country in the conditions of development integration processes. Practical results: the results of research may be used in the process of improving the energy policy of state and generating of strategy directions of generating energy security of the country. Scientific novelty: for the first time: Designed organizational-economic Securing generating energy security of Ukraine; developed: defenitions of energo-economic security of the country, theoretical methodological fundamentals study energy security. Introduction of powers: the results of the study used in practical activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Regional Administration of Donetsk, Donetsk Trade and Industry Chamber Commers; Regional Branch of the National Institute of Strategy Research in Donetsk, as well as in the learning process of Donetsk National University.
