Visyn E. Inventive, experimental and engineering activities of B. P. Grabovsky (1901-1966) in the context of national science and technics development

The object of research is the formation and development of national science and techniques, the end 19th - the first half of the 20th century. The subject of research is inventive and experimental activity of Mr. Grabovskiy in the context of the main trends in the development of science and techniques. Complex system analysis of life and scientific work was done on the base of wide database of historical resources. The main attention was paid to inventive activities in the sphere of television. It was shown that B. Grabovsky was first inventor of fully electronic television system on the base of archive documents. He played considerable role at formation and future development not only that sphere, but technics at all. Detailed analysis of the results of scientist's inventive activities in the sphere of optic was made. The role of B. Grabovsky's inventions in the sphere of electric welding was defined. The dissertation highlights non-governmental and popularization activities of scientist. The whole picture of scientific heritage was created through his experimental and engineering work.
