Object - speech development of senior preschool-age children with mild form of dysarthria. Aim - to substantiate theoretically and elaborate practically the methodology of correction-logopedics work on speech prosodic component development of senior preschool-age children with mild form of dysarthria. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical. Novelty - firstly the methodology of correction-logopedics work on speech prosodic component development of children with mild form of dysarthria embracing 4 stages has been theoretically substantiated. The essence and structure of speech prosodic component of children with dysarthria, the basic indicators of its formation have been specified. The evaluation criteria and the levels of speech prosodic component development of children aged 5-6 with mild form of dysarthria have been defined. The notions "prosody", "speech prosodic component in children with dysarthria" have been specified. The methodology of correction work on overcoming any displays of dysarthria in senior preschool-age children taking into account different forms of mild dysarthria and principle sensory-perception modality has been further elaborated. Practical implementation - the methodology of basic indicators diagnostication in children with mild dysarthria, the methodology of speech prosodic component development in senior preschool-age children with mild form of dysarthria, the system of exercises and games aimed at the development of sensormotor level of speech-movement organization, development and perfection of management skills of prosodic utterance construction have been worked out. The degree of introduction is high. The field of application is pedagogical, preschool and higher educational establishments.
