Object - pedagogical activity of a teacher; objective - determination of psychological terms of forming of reflexion competence of a beginner teachers in the period of his adaptation to pedagogical activity; methods - theoretical and methodological analysis, methods of capture of empiric data (observation, introspection, conversations, questioning, questionnaires, testing), systematization and generalization of psychological information, theoretical design, mathematical statistics methods; novelty - it is first set that the condition of development of reflexion competence of beginner teachers have proper level of social-psychological adaptation to pedagogical activity; structural organization of reflexion competence of teachers, which include social (communicative and co-operative), individual (intellectual and personality) and pedagogical reflexion, is first described; the picture of structural changes of reflexion competence of teachers is extended to the extent of acquisition by their work experience, which show up in that beginner teachers the intellectual component of reflexion competence forms moderate connections with a personality and pedagogical reflexion; and for experimental teachers determining are closely-coupled interfaces between an intellectual and pedagogical reflexion, and also between a personality and social reflexion; the picture of reflexion competence of a beginner teachers is extended by the exposure of its connections with the level of his social-psychological adaptation, strategies of his conduct, reasons of choice of profession and personality orientation; facilities of research of reflexion competence of teacher are improved by application of comparative analysis of indexes of pedagogical reflexion with the indexes of intellectual, personal, communicative and co-operative reflexion; results - consist of scientifically methodological ground of ways of increase of reflexion competence which is instrumental in the professional becoming of teacher; the developed program of seminar-training can be used for development of reflexion competence of teachers of different qualifying categories, teachers of initial classes, and other teachers; the results of scientific research on can be drawn for creation of other practical programs of development of reflexion competence, in particular theoretical educational blocks of development of reflexion competence for all participants of educational process; field - psychology
