Object - stress resistance of HEIs graduates; objective - to define the impact of motivating factors on the stress resistance development of HEIs graduates; methods - theoretical and methodological analysis, systematization and generalization of psychological data, psycho-pedagogical experiment in form of diagnostic, forming and control researches, mathematical statistics methods; novelty - the first revelation of the factors of subjective motivation of HEIs graduates: motivation of creative self-actualization, creative internality, potential subjectivity motivation, subjective dissatisfaction, social subjectivity derealization which are connected with stress resistance features; improvement of psychological follow-up of the training for professional activity of the future specialists taking into consideration the revealed structure of stress resistance factors of their future activity; extension of representation of general peculiarities of subjective motivation and stress resistance of HEIs graduates of technical and humanitarian specialization; further development of theoretical grounds of the factors features of HEIs graduates' practical training effectiveness by defining the necessity and possibility of the impact of motivating factors on their stress resistance; further development of means of developing impact on stress resistance of the future specialist by activation and actualization of subjective motivation; results - working out and testing of psychological and methodical means of research of subjective motivation, stress-producing factors and stress resistance features of HEI graduates; development of psychological program and training exercises directed to the forming and correction of subjective motivation of HEI graduates.
