Essay

It is revealed that the most critical indexes of compound components of psychological belong to the period of adaptation of leaders. Prediction criteria and indexes of development of productive psychological resistance of leaders of Ministry of Emergency which can be taken for basis during the leadthrough of professional psychological selection at prmotion and assigning for leading positions, are selected, and can be used for decision - making during professionall psychological preparation and psychological accompaniment of activity of leaders of Ministry of Emergency of Ukraine.
