Essay

Dissertation is devoted to studying the peculiarities of hypertension in women with preeclampsia and gestational hypertension in the history with the definition of CVD risk factors, blood lipid spectrum, level of microalbuminuria, ABPM data, structural and functional state of the heart and polymorphism G-894T promoter of the gene of endothelial NO-synthase. Were examined 83 women: 50 women with a history of preeclampsia and 33 women with gestational hypertension during pregnancy, aged 20-40 years, 3-5 years after childbirth. It was established that after 4 years delivery 14% of women with preeclampsia and 30.3% of women with gestational hypertension had a history of hypertension, 1st degree. For the first time it were revealed features of the blood pressure daily profile and cardiovascular system's changes in women with preeclampsia and gestational hypertension in history. It was revealed the presence of only two options for the genotype G-894T eNOS gene promoter: heterozygous GT-genotype (82.9%) and homozygous (pathological) TT genotype (17.1%) at women with a history of preeclampsia. We prove the feasibility of a surveillance by physician and cardiologist all women who had preeclampsia and gestational hypertension, with regular monitoring of the "office" and "home" blood pressure, and measurement of waist circumference and body weight, blood lipid spectrum and microalbuminuria, with a mandatory correction of modifiable cardiovascular risk factors.
