The results of retro-and prospective analysis of surgical treatment by endoscopic removal of 290 patients with colon polyps. The analysis of causes of complications of endoscopic polypectomy and criteria limiting its application in the treatment of patients with colon polyps. Developed and put into practice new methods of endoscopic polypectomy and the prevention of its complications. Applications developed a new therapeutic approach to colon polyps in conjunction with new ways to expand the possible indications for endoscopic treatment, reduce the frequency of bleeding from 5.65% to 1.85%, to avoid perforation of the colon wall and other complications of endoscopic polypectomy.
