Essay

The process of formation and development of German higher educational system has been analyzed from the theoretical and methodological points of view. Leading pedagogical approaches for the training foreign languages teachers according to the international requirements have been investigated. The historical-didactical aspects have been analyzed and peculiarities of modern training of foreign languages teachers have been defined. The specific technology of formation of professional competence of foreign language teachers has been revealed. The consistent logical flexible system of foreign languages teachers' training both in historical aspect and nowadays has been analyzed. Prospective directions for opportunities to use German experience in Ukraine have been acknowledged and the theoretical model of formation of professional competence of foreign languages teachers has been worked out.
