Mikhaylishin L. Transnationalization of economic activity in the conditions of globalization

The object of investigation are the processes of transnationalization in the globalized world economic development. The study aims to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of study of the development process of transnationalization in the context of globalization the world economic development and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the inclusion of Ukraine in the process of transnationalization in compliance with economic security. Methods: dialectic method of learning, a method of historical analysis, the method of logical analysis, the method of economic and statistical analysis, the method of economic-mathematical modeling, analysis and synthesis method of forecasting. Theoretical results: is to deepen existing theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of transnationalization of economic activity and development of scientific and practical recommendations for integrating the national economy to the processes of globalization transnatsionaliaztsii on an equal footing. Practical results: lies in the fact that the main provisions of the thesis will contribute to the development of approaches including Ukraine's economy in the process of globalization and transnationalization on an equal footing. Scientific novelty: for the first time: developed scientific and methodical approach to determining the activities of TNCs on the basis of optimization of risk; improved: the theoretical foundations of international investment research, organizational and economic mechanism of the inclusion of Ukraine in the processes of transnationalization, organizational and economic foundations of the inclusion of countries in the processes of transnationalization; received further development: theoretical and methodological foundations of the transnationalization of economic activity, the theoretical foundations of the study of international economic activity.
