Essay

The results of studying features of forming productivity of bread winter wheat varieties depending on sowing data and levels of fertilization when pea being the preceding crop are presented. Under sowing of the varieties on October 5 depending on levels of fertilization 6.0-6.4 t/ha of grain exceeding on 1.3-1.0 t as compared sowing on September 15 were produced. When sowing on September 15 and 25 maximal yield (5.31-6.19 t/ha) depending on levels of fertilization is formed by cv. Monotyp, minimal yield (3.84-5.16) - Myronivs'ka 65, but under sowing of the last one on October 5 yield is 6.22-6.68 t/ha. Maximal yield 6.70-6.98 t/ha is formed by cv. Octava under sowing on October 5. It was experimentally proved that an optimally chosen variety by different sowing data depending on year environment and level of fertilization produces 0.21-1.47 t/ha extra yield that was 5-28 % of the average one for all varieties and variant of technology. Weather conditions and variety are the prevailing factors to determine grain quality. Year environments limit sedimentation index by 71 %, GDI - by 57 %, P/L ratio -by 50 %, protein content - by 47 %, strength of flour - by 39 %, gluten content - by 27 %. Their influence on mixing ability of flour is essential - 18 %, and on thousand kernel weight - 13 %. Such indices as thousand kernel weight (by 62 %), test weight (32 %), volume of bread, gluten content, strength of flour, and gluten quality (26-23 %); protein content, P/L ratio, mixing ability of flour (only 12.3-9.8 %) and sedimentation index (2.3 %) are conditioned by varietal features. Seed quality depended on weather conditions of growing and system of fertilization of maternal plants too. Economic and energy efficiency of bread winter wheat grain production up to 6.44 t/ha when sowing on October 5 under N60P60K60+N30(IV)+N30(VIII) at the average level of profitability of varieties 120 % and the energetic efficiency of 3.07 has been substantiated. .
