Zagoruiko V. The development of domestic financial markets in a global transformation

The object of this study is the development of national financial markets in the face of global transformations. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of the revitalization process of global transformation of the world market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on the regulation of domestic financial markets in a global transformational change. Methods: the dialectical method of learning, a method of historical analysis, the method of logical analysis, a method of economic and statistical analysis, a method of economic-mathematical modeling, analysis and synthesis methods, the method of forecasting. Theoretical results: consists in the deepening of the existing theoretical and methodological foundations of the global market research and the development of scientific and practical advice on achieving international cooperation between national financial markets of countries in the context of the impact of global transformations. Practical results: consists in the fact that the obtained scientific results communicated to the level of specific scientific, methodological and practical recommendations for improving the economic mechanisms in the context of global transformation of national financial markets. Scientific novelty: the first time: a mechanism of market regulation of the international financial market through the introduction of modern methods of leading the provisions of countercyclical regulation of global financial market and the methods of shock therapy in the context of national financial markets; improved: economic and mathematical tools of analytical measurement and prediction of the state of global trends and national financial markets, organizational and methodological basis for regulation of domestic financial markets in terms of transformational shifts, received further development: organizational and economic foundations of the world space, conceptual and categorical apparatus of the modern study of financial and economic space in the context of the impact of global transformations. Degree of implementation: results of the study are used in practice: the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Office of the National Bank of Ukraine in Donetsk Кegion, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, "Naftogaz of Ukraine", the Audit Chamber of Ukraine, Ltd "AF" UKRVOSTOKAUDIT ", Raiffeisen Bank Aval, as well as in learning process in, Donetsk National University.
