Gruzan A. The development of international transport markets in the Euro-Asian communication

The object of research is to develop theoretical and methodological development of scientific and practical provisions for the exploration of the international market of transport services in the context of the Eurasian vector of cooperation. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological developmentand scientific research provisions of the development of international transport market in the context of Eurasian vector of cooperation. Methods: dialectical method of learning, method of historical analysis, method of logical analysis, a method of economic and statistical analysis, method of economic-mathematical modeling, analysis and synthesis methods, method of forecasting. Theoretical results: to deepen the theoretical foundations, development of scientific and methodological provisions and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of international transport market in the direction of the Eurasian regional cooperation. Practical results: are that the implementation of development and identifies approaches can increase the participation of the Ukrainian economy in the process of development of Eurasian communications. Scientific novelty: firstly: given the author's definition of "the system of Euro-Asian transport relations"; improved: the mechanism of state support for the international market of transport services, to include a system of micro-economic levers, organizational and economic framework of the Euro-Asian vector of international economic cooperation of Ukraine received a further development: a quantitative assessment of the impact of exports and imports of transport services in Ukraine in the CIS countries, Europe and Asia, the country's GDP, conceptual and categorical apparatus of the modern study of processes in the global transport market. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in practice by the Office of External Relations and Foreign Economic Affairs of Donetsk Regional State Administration, Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, CJSC "NKMZ", Institute of Industrial Economics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as used in the training process of the department of Donetsk National University.
