Krasnikova N. Conceptualizing of foreign policy regulatory instruments influence on the country's economic security.

The object is the process of identifying patterns and mechanisms of the effect of instruments of foreign trade policy on the economic security of the state. The aim is to study of theoretical and methodological basis and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for conceptualization of the influence of instruments of foreign trade policy regulation on the state's economic security. The methods are dynamic rows, economical-historical; regressive-correlation modeling. The role of instruments of foreign trade regulation in ensuring the economic security of the state which macro-economic indicators are formed depending on the level of the economy's openness has been theoretically substantiated. The calculation of the national producers protection influence on the level of economic security on the basis of the official method of the level of economic security of Ukraine has been carried out. The characteristic of the "the crisis protectionism" and its impact on the indicators of economic security of Ukraine have been determined. The position of Ukraine in the Doha Round of WTO negotiations regarding the trade policy instruments for the purpose of ensuring the correct level of economic security has been justified.
