3. Object of the research – the phenomenon of cultural transformation. Purpose of the research – to define the main directions of cultural transformation and to analyze its manifestations in contemporary globalization processes. Methods of the research. The methods of research, which are used in the thesis correspond with the post-non-classical thinking and the principle of ideological pluralism, their complex character together with the different methodological paradigms approached allow systemic investigation of the concept of cultural transformation. Theoretical results of the research and their novelty. For the first time it is proved, that the cultural transformation is an interdependent process of changing of both culture and person. The transformation of culture is defined as one of the directions of cultural dynamics; such definition overcomes the linear/cyclic understanding of cultural development. It allows considering the transformation of culture as a significant change in stereotypes, values, interests, principles, tendencies of a social culture and a personal culture as well. In the global world appear not only new forms of culture, but also new configurations of intercultural communications. Analysis of the modern concept of transformation allows defining innovative ability of culture as a result of cultural transformation in the context of tradition/innovation dichotomy. It is shown, that anthropological dimension of cultural transformation represents itself both through variety of cultural practices, which produce a new type of personality, and through crisis of monocultural personal identity. Practical value of the research. The results of the research complement the modern concept of cultural dynamics, focusing on the anthropological aspect, fill the gaps in understanding of transformation of culture, and contribute to the theoretical generalization of significant contemporary problems dealing with transformation of the socio-cultural reality and cultural transformation of individual. The results of the thesis can be applied to elaboration of science-based governmental strategies and practices in culture and education, as well as to creation of new university courses in philosophy of culture and philosophical anthropology.7452
