Bulenkov E. The technological and structural perfection of the multitop-level rotor systems for timber wares making

The object of research is a technological process of timber wares making on a multitop-level automatic transfer rotor line. The main goal of these work is an technological possibilities expansion of automatic transfer rotor lines, based on the association of a few types of wares serial productions in mass multitop-level, necessary structure creation for all system and element base for the wares of a few types. Next methods are in-process used: multidimensional algebra of groups, morphological analysis, statistical methods. Achieved results have scientific and practical value: 1. Technological bases of multitop-level rotor machines creation are first worked out. A few types of wares are processed in every instrumental block in these machines. 2. Theoretical dependences for parameters of wares routing in multitop-level rotor lines determination are first worked. 3. The executed work gives an opportunity to promote the productivity of multitop-level rotor lines in 3-4 times due to amount increasing of the processed wares types in 2-8 times. 4. The algorithm of multitop-level rotor machines planning is offered. . 5. Introduced : on Open Society " Motor-sich " (Ukraine), at Donetsk national technical university (Ukraine).
