The thesis is devoted to the complex research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of transnational business group development in the paradigm of global management. Conceptual genesis of corporate management techniques, trends and contradictions of the global management have been researched in the work. The potential of corporate leadership, the place of national business groups in the system of global management and their perspectives of foreign corporate structures integration have been analyzed. The author reveals fundamental characteristics, overall strategic dependence and participation profile in transnational business groups. The comprehensive analysis of their development's peculiarities in mature and emerging economies has been presented in the work. The priority of global strategic alliances as an organizational form of transnational business groups has been reasonably proved in the research and their cross-cultural differences have been described.
