Ishchenko I. Psychological support of professional suitability of soccer arbiters for activity in special terms

Theoretical, methodological and practical results of the research directed on the solution of the actual problem - professional suitability of soccer arbiters for activity in special terms are presented in the dissertation. On the basis of the analysis of the terms and peculiarities of professional activity of soccer arbiters and developed professiograme, blocks of factors have been set up which negatively influence on professional activity, among them there are socio-psychological, specific, natural, social and functional. Informative psycho-diagnostic set of instruments was based and tested, owing to this, professionally important features are empirically defined which determine suitability of soccer arbiters in motivational, emotional, volitional and communicative spheres. It was proved that approbation and introduction of the developed system of means and tools of psychological support positively influence subjective- figurative, operational, mental and motivation-volitional components of suitability of soccer arbiters. Methodical recommendations concerning to psychological support of professional suitability of soccer arbiters are presented in the thesis.
