Essay

An object is a technological process of fireproof plywood fabrication. A purpose is the increase of the heat-resistance of veneer materials in the process of their producing. Methods – gravity (gravimetric); physical; mechanical; randomizations, methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty: the model of fire-retardant transfer through veneer is developed; the mathematical model of calculating duration of warming veneer is developed; regressive dependence of fire-retardant content from the parameters of the impregnation regimes (duration of impregnation, concentration and temperature of fire-retardant solution) is received; the dependence of fireproof plywood properties from fire-retardant content are received; the regressive dependence of shear strength of plywood on cutting from pressing regime parameters (glue spread, temperature and pressing duration) is received; the new types of fire-retardantes for plywood are developed. Results: the regimes of veneer impregnation and fireproof plywood pressing are developed. Degree of introduction: the results of work are recommended for applying in industry of fireproof plywood fabrication on LTD "ОDEK-Ukraine". Industry is woodworking.
