The thesis surveys the problem of teaching pupils of secondary school how to model stereometric figures during studying stereometry. The status of the problem of teaching the modeling stereometric figures at the secondary school is analyzed. The teaching methodic for modeling stereometric figures and development of pupil's spatial perception by means of demonstration computer models. The thesis presents the designed by the author teaching pack, which is proposed for the formation of special skills to model stereometric figures and developing pupils' spatial perception. Demonstrational computer models designed on the basis of psychopedagogical and ergonomic requirements are meant for involving to perceive three types of receptors: hearing, visual and kinesthetic, which on the whole effects the wholeness of perception of material. The methodic of implementation of the teaching pack in the line of lessons of geometry and involvement the elements of distant teaching is described. The experimental research confirmed the efficiency of the proposed methodic. It has been acknowledged, that involvement of demonstration computer models during the study of stereometry improves the acquisition of study material by the pupils of secondary school, enables differentiation and individualization of the study process, form necessary skills and abilities of modeling stereometric figures, development of spatial perception of pupils.
