Essay

The thesis is devoted to the political analysis of theoretical and methodological principles of studying the influence of supranational institutions on the formation of a common foreign policy, the evolution of international subjectivity supranational EU institutions and clarifying the impact of determinants supranational a common EU foreign policy. The work is based on conceptual and theoretical, methodological principles of research supranational phenomenon in the practice of European integration, analyzed the political and institutional aspects of European integration, structured regulatory and legal dimension of a common EU foreign policy; factors studied political participation of the EU in international relations (from the European Communities to Maastricht); found transformation of the EU as an actor of international relations in the XXI century (from Maastricht to Lisbon Treaty); defines the functional role of supranational institutions to ensure common EU foreign policy (after Lisbon Treaty)$ formed a conceptual understanding of the value of supranational and national interests in foreign policy the EU, found substantial features of the functioning of diplomatic missions of the EU as actor of international relations, the analysis of the effectiveness of supranational institutions of the EU in foreign policy.
