Essay

The research object is the changes of dermal structure and thyroid system in rats during experimental hypothyroidism and combined effect of aerocryotherapy (-120C) and cryopreserved cord blood preparation. The research aim is the correction of derma structure damages induced by experimental hypothyroidism with combined application of extreme aerocryotherapy (-120C) and cryopreserved cord blood preparation. Research methods included cryobiological, biochemical, morphological, immunoenzyme, cultural, morphometric and statistical ones. Efficiency of cryopreserved cord blood (CB) preparation for correction of dermal damages at experimental hypothyroidism in rats has been shown. The stimulating effect of CB preparation on proliferative processes in isolated dermal slices in vitro was established. Administration of CB increases the level thyroid hormones in rat blood at experimental hypothyroidism as well as arrests the disorder of peripheral blood indices. Potentiating influence of ACT (-120C) on therapeutic effect of CB at their combined effect to correct dermal structural changes and hormone disruption in rats at experimental hypothyroidism was shown. The effect of combined application of extreme ACT (-120C) and CB at experimental hypothyroidism in rats is implemented by activation of central regulation mechanisms of peripheral processes.
