The object of the study are the development processes of economic globalization in a cyclical world economic development. The aim of the thesis is to develop a methodological framework and improving the theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of globalization and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on the inclusion of the processes of economic globalization, taking into account the cyclical world economic development. Methods: the dialectical method of knowledge, historical and logical system-structure analysis of economic processes and phenomena, analysis and synthesis techniques of quantitative and qualitative comparison, the methods of economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting, statistical and graphical methods. Theoretical results: are to deepen the theoretical foundations, development of scientific and methodological provisions and the development of scientific and practical recommendations to counter the impact of the global economic crisis at the state level in a cyclical world economic development. Practical results: consists in the fact that scientific statements, conclusions and recommendations of the thesis can be used by academic institutions, think tanks and government agencies to identify areas of the national economy to adapt to the trends and processes of economic globalization and the definition of leverage inclusion of Ukraine in these processes, taking into account cyclical the nature of world economic development. Scientific novelty: the first time: a mechanism of preventive national crisis management in the context of globalization proposed a quantitative analysis of the tools of globalization in the area of economic, social and political dimensions, the main component of which is a comprehensive method for the quantitative analysis of globalization (MKAG) improved: the theoretical foundations of research cycling world economic development; organizational and economic framework of international economic activity in the country, taking into account cyclical world economic development have been further developed: the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the study of globalization, namely the author provided definitions of "globalization", the theoretical and methodological foundations of studies on the effects of globalization, namely, on the basis of the analysis levels of globalization.
