In this research the vegetative status in physiological pregnancy and pregnancy complicated by gestosis was studied. It was done with investigation of heart beat variability on Holter electrocardiography (ECG) monitoring and daily blood pressure (BP) monitoring depending on gestosis's severity level. During the research it was shown that it's appropriate to apply daily BP and ECG monitoring for diagnostics and prediction of beginning of late gestosis, that helps to evaluate the signs of disadaptation of autonomic nervous system (ANS) and non-stabile BP level at early stage. Besides, pregnant with rigid circadian pulse rate profile, elevated LF and LF/HF ratio are to be carefully examined and observed in the future to diagnose gestosis on early stage. It's shown that daily blood pressure profile makes it possible to detect gestosis's severity level. In particular, in pregnant with mild gestosis we can find non-stabile daily BP profile, with moderate gestosis - labile arterial hypertension and with severe gestosis - stabile arterial hypertension. In the case of weakening of correlations between the indicators, which characterize ANS status, and the entropy rate elevation there's a risk of gestosis appearance and progress and it is an indication for corrective therapy to be started. On the basis of mathematical processing of results, the diagnostic criteria for severity of gestosis and the integral index of the forecast of its development during pregnancy were proposed.
